Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations for custom or made-to-order pieces will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover material costs.

Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: Due to the handmade and custom nature of our jewelry, returns are only accepted for non-custom items within 48 hours days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging, and refunds are issued after the jewellery's authenticity is tested.
  • Custom Orders: All custom or personalized pieces are final sale. This includes engraved, made-to-order, or resized items.
  • Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Repair & Warranty Policy

  • Complimentary Repairs: We offer 30 days of complimentary repairs for craftsmanship issues.
  • Extended Warranty: After 30 days, repairs may be subject to a small fee depending on materials and labor.

Third-Party Alterations: Any item altered by a third party voids the warranty.
