Andrei Eros provides custom engagement rings, fine jewelry, jewelry consultations, and related services.

4. CUSTOM JEWELRY
Custom jewelry may be created based on information, preferences, inspiration, measurements, and approvals provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable designs, specifications, stone selections, sizes, and quoted pricing before production begins. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and completion date.
Any deposit requirements, production timelines, cancellation terms, resizing terms, warranties, or return eligibility will be disclosed in the applicable quote, invoice, order agreement, or written communication.
Estimated completion and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to sourcing, production, shipping, carrier service, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown or quoted in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, financing costs, insurance, duties, and other fees may be added to the purchase price.
Payment terms will be provided before an order is confirmed. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and contact information.
We may decline, cancel, or place an order on hold if payment cannot be verified or if we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESIZING
Return, exchange, cancellation, resizing, and refund eligibility may vary depending on whether an item is custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, special-ordered, or purchased from existing inventory.
The policy communicated in your quote, invoice, order agreement, product listing, or written purchase confirmation will apply to your order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Any shipping or delivery estimate is provided as an estimate and is not guaranteed. Risk of loss and delivery terms may be addressed in the applicable invoice or order agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and promptly notifying us of any delivery issue.
8. TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM
By checking an unchecked SMS consent box, submitting a form containing SMS consent language, texting an applicable opt-in keyword, or otherwise expressly agreeing to receive messages, you consent to receive text messages from Andrei Eros at the telephone number you provide.
Messages may include:
- Responses to jewelry inquiries
- Consultation and appointment updates
- Order and production updates
- Customer-service communications
- Follow-up messages
- Promotional offers and marketing messages, when separately authorized
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, although additional transactional messages may be sent when needed to respond to an inquiry or service an active order.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and service providers.
9. OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Andrei Eros.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you later provide consent again.
Supported opt-out keywords may include STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT.
